The position as Business Facilitator in Germany is a key role for the company's continued growth and reorganization of its brands and integration of an acquisition that has been made recently. We are looking for a visionary Business Facilitator to do the groundwork and take the team to the next level. As a Business Facilitator, you will report directly to the Business Controller and be part of the Finance & Administration Department, responsible for ensuring the quality of information and timely delivery within deadlines according to a task agenda for an entity or branch within our ecosystem.
As the Single Point of Contact (SPOC), you will be in charge of collecting and controlling information and data for the various services and entities within the ecosystem you are responsible for. You will also develop close relationships with employees, subcontractors, customers, commercial, legal, administrative departments, and other contacts within the company.
Profile, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and German, as communication is a core part of the role.
- Bachelor's degree (BAC +3) in accounting, management, or economics.
- Mandatory computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and prior experience with Dynamics Nav is a plus.
- Flexibility, a positive "can-do" attitude, well-developed interpersonal skills, and a desire to remain operationally involved while adding real value to the position and the team.
- Strong professional ethics and a reputation for rigor, initiative, and synthesis.
- A strong affinity for human relations, teamwork, and operational aspects to excel in this position.
Skills and abilities
- Creating, monitoring, and ensuring the quality of client project information.
- Managing customer invoicing, including collecting, validating, and analyzing billing documents (timesheets, purchase orders), subcontractor invoices, and related payments.
- Handling intercompany billing.
- Collecting, controlling, and performing the initial validation of expense reports.
- Weekly monitoring of contracts, purchase orders, and client overdue payments.
- Managing payment to subcontractors.
