Profile, Experience, and Qualifications:

- Successful completing a degree from a university or business school in sales-related programs,

courses, or equivalent commercial training with additional education.

- Strong interest in HR and IT.

- Proficiency in using the MS Office suite.

- Sales skills, customer focus, and networking abilities.

- Persistence, determination, and a strong drive for success.

- High degree of self-initiative, goal-orientation, and result-driven mindset.

- Structured work approach.

- Convincing communication skills, negotiation skills, and a confident presence.

- Enjoyment of working with people and a good sense of humor.

- Proficiency in MS Office programs is a requirement.

- Proficiency in both German and English is necessary.

Skills and Abilities:

- Acquisition of new customers and maintenance and expansion of existing customers for their service

areas.

- Presentation of their service portfolio to potential customers over the phone, in personal meetings, and

at in-house events.

- Determining project requirements.

- Identifying the need for consultants with new and existing customers.

- Preparing offers and conducting contract negotiations, including contract closures with new and existing

customers.

- Recruitment:

- Independently conducting personal and telephone interviews in consultation with recruiters, and

facilitating the placement of recruited candidates with clients.

- Administrative tasks.
