Customer Success Manager - Björn Axén
We are now looking for a forward-leaning and ambitious Customer Success manager who wants to be at the forefront and be part of driving Björn Axén's business and customer relations to joint success.
We are looking for you with experience from retail sales, we assume a good ability to understand sales and how to create value for the customer. This offers the opportunity to manage both Björn Axén's customers and be part of a team where expansion and international distributors are the focus. You are expected to have analytical skills and be able to balance between both operational and strategic work. You are driven by taking great personal responsibility with a focus on delivery. You make things happen together with our team and our customers!
About the role
As a Customer Success Manager, you are responsible for creating and building relationships in a structured way in both the short and long term, with the organization in focus. Initiate, drive and follow up sales at Björn Axén's dealers, distributors and new potential channels.
You are part of a team with common expansive goals and clear processes, a team driven by success. You report to and work closely with the Retail Director. Location for the role is central Stockholm.
The main areas of responsibility are:
Customer accountability for selected retailers - drive/develop collaborations and strengthen Björn Axén's position on the market
Identify and process new channels/customers
Responsible for sales driving activities for selected retailers
With an active assortment and space management work, increase customers' turnover and profitability
Analysis of sales data, KPI's, prepare sales plans and monthly forecasts
Ensure inventory levels and campaign volume with customer/distributor

Experience in sales with own sales/responsibility
Ability to analyze sales and initiate sales promotion measures
Relevant training in sales/marketing
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Experience in international sales is advantageous
Experience of an expansive company / growth company is meritorious
